Full Leasing and Management Services

In addition to finding a qualified tenant to rent your home, we collect the fees and take care of any problems that need attention. Our services include the following:

  • Advertising your rental property.
  • Qualifying tenants through interviews, references, and full credit and background checks, including criminal, sex offender, and evictions; and verifying current landlord and employment records.
  • Move-in and move-out inspections with a full digital record representing the condition of your home.
  • Handling maintenance and repair issues, including plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
  • Regular property inspections both inside and outside your home.

Leasing without Management Services

We market your property for rent and screen interested applicants. We recommend a renter and have the qualified tenant sign the lease contract. We handle the move-in inspection with the new tenant. We collect the security deposit and the first month's rent payment from the tenant. Then, going forward, you are responsible for collecting the monthly rent and handling any problems that occur with your home, including the move-out inspection. The owner makes the final decision to qualify the prospective tenant. The owner receives the security deposit and is responsible for disbursing the funds at the end of the lease term according to Georgia real estate law.

Lease Purchase Services

A lease purchase agreement provides a financial stepping stone to homeownership. The rental income can be applied to the purchase price of the property until it is reduced to an amount for which the tenant can obtain financing or purchase the property outright.
